Further to our phone call and other enquiries I have made to date, I'm requesting the following under Freedom of Information. I have three such requests relating to Longford Sports and Leisure Centre, a Council facility:
- The Complaints Response / Disciplinary Procedures applicable during 2012, which were used to deal with complaints about me, along with the effective dates.
- A copy of the Data Protection and Access Policy, in particular to those relating to Biometrics, again with effective dates.
- All data held about me personally, for which I believe there is no fee.
