The complaints specifically relate to incidents of bullying and verbal abuse.

These are considered very serious matters and we do not condone any such acts at Longford Sports & Leisure Centre.

The rules and regulations of the facility are in place to help ensure this and every customer is expected to abide by these.

As a regular customer at Longford Sports & Leisure centre, I am sure you understand that people use our facility for various reasons e.g. recreational, fitness, therapy etc. Each and every user is entitled to enjoy their visit without feeling under any threat from any other user.

You are a valued customer to our facility but if we receive any more complaints to this nature we will be forced to refuse you entry to our facility.
